I’m trying more and more to enjoy the “silence” (can be with music, but it’s pure focus using continuous time). I’m using less social networks and moving my energy to work on my projects or doing nothing.
The noise can be seen as clutter in a day. How we take care of our inboxes (just found that I did not took care of one), how we take care of our calendar, how we take care of what’s really important for us.
It’s on us. I use journal to check what’s happening. I use questions to help me understand my day.
